Lumenor

Child safety standards

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Lumenor is a compatibility and dating service for adults. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualisation of minors.

1. Adults only

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Lumenor account (Terms of Service, section 1).
  • Profiles, photos, voice intros and any other content must not depict, involve or target anyone under 18.
  • If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

2. What is prohibited

  • Creating, sharing, requesting or linking to CSAM of any kind, including drawn, AI-generated or edited material.
  • Grooming: contacting, befriending or manipulating a minor for sexual purposes, or using Lumenor to find or reach minors.
  • Sextortion, trafficking or any sexual exploitation of a minor.
  • Sexualised content involving anyone who appears to be a minor.

3. How to report

  • In the app: open the person’s profile, choose Block or report, then Report a problem and select Underage (or Inappropriate), with any details you can share. The person is not told who reported them.
  • By email: write to [email protected] with the subject “Child safety report”. Include the person’s first name, city and any report code if you have one. You do not need an account to report.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also report CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline or the INHOPE hotline in your country.

4. How we enforce

  • Child safety reports are reviewed with the highest priority. Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned and their content removed.
  • Where the law requires it, we preserve the relevant information and report apparent CSAM to NCMEC and to the competent authorities, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests.
  • Blocking someone in the app takes effect immediately: you won’t see each other or match again, and any contact access ends.

5. Contact

Our designated contact for child safety questions is [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Support page.
